Anthony David Gonzalez was a tight end in American football, who was a part of the National Football League. He was a 17-year veteran playing on the field. He is considered to be one of the top tight ends in history. Additionally, he was the leader in receiving yards, and the third place in total receptions, Gonzalez also was among the NFL tight end with the most receptions.
The former Kansas City Chiefs and Atlanta Falcons All-Pro tight end Tony Gonzalez currently serves as an FOX Sports Studio analyst. Gonzalez was a guest in FOX NFL KICKOFF (FOX's one-hour NFL pregame show prior to FOX NFL the SUNRISE), which is broadcast every Sunday morning at 11:00 am ET throughout the NFL season.
Gonzalez's claims of retiring from the NFL following 2013 was not true. On the 15th of March 2013 Gonzalez was signed by the Falcons the two-year deal worth $14,000,000. Randy Moss announced his retirement in 2012, as did Gonzalez (37 an age) was the NFL's leading receiver.
